Day 1 Muse
Welcome you at Ruli-Muse border entrance in the morning.
Transfer to hotel at Muse. A small town with it's trading
activities. It is a nice strolling in downtown in the
evening.
Day 2 Muse - Lashio
Drive to Lashio about 5 hours from Muse. It is a good road
and mountain road. Along the way pass by several small
towns; Mongyu, Namphutka, Kutkai, Hseni and Mongli. You will
have a chance to stop at towns and villages before Lashio.
Sightseeing several famous pagodas and a Chinese temple.
Overnight in Lashio.
Day 3 Lashio - PyinOoLwin (Maymyo)

Lashio market is very colourful and actives with morning
fresh air. There is opportunity to see many minority races.
Drive to Maymyo. Along the way stops at Hsipaw and Gokteik
view point.The Gokteik Bridge, a structure of steel trestle
construction for railway line to Lashio began in 1901 by an
American company - the Pennsylvania and Maryland Bridge
Construction and completed in 1913. It is 2260 feet long and
was built 320 feet high above a deep ragged stone rock
valley. The Rock itself is 550 feet high above the small
river that flows under the rock. Although the viaduct is
destroyed in the second-World war, Myanma railway repaired
the bridge. Due to its technical and natural condition it
was considered as a masterpiece of the world standard. Mr
Paul Theroux said his book " The Great Railway Bizarre"
called the viaduct " a monster of silver geometry in all the
ragged rock and jungle---its presence was bizarre".It is the
most important viaduct in Mandalay Lashio rail-road section
and the second highest viaduct in the world.
Day 4 PyinOoLwin - Mandalay

Morning sightseeing: Main market, botanical garden, Chinese
temple and famous waterfall. Drive back to Mandalay, driving
time about an hour and half. Overnight in Mandalay.
Day 5 Amarapura - Mingun
Visit Amarapura, Myanmar's most famous monastery, which is
home to 1,700 monks. The rest of the day gives a chance to
see the production of crafts including woodcarving, bronze
casting, gold leaf making and tapestry. A boat trip from
Mandalay along the Ayeyarwaddy River to Mingun. Back to
Mandalay in the evening. After dinner, a traditional puppet
shows.
Day 6 Monywa
An excursion to Monywa, sightseeing, Thanbuddae Pagoda, The
biggest reclining Buddha, Bowdi Ta?tung (more than one
thousand BaNyan trees or Bodi trees in monastery compound.
Lunch in Monywa. Back to Mandalay in evening, on the way
Sagaing sightseeing (the most
panoramic view from Sagaing hill.), and Sunset. Overnight in
Mandalay.
Day 7 Mandalay -Bagan by boat

Boat leave from Mandalay at 6 AM. Riding on boat 8 to 9
hours depend on river current. Along the river, the
confluence with the Chindwin the Ayeyarwaddy seems to break
up into a many channels and streams separated by sandbars
and gleaming white islands. Some places the river is several
miles wide and just to cross from one bank to another can be
a day's sail. Sunset from a temple. Overnight in Bagan.
Day 8 Bagan
Sightseeing in Bagan; its famous temples and stupas,
including Shwezigon stupa, Gubyaukkyi temple, Lawkahtaikpan
temple, Ananda temple and the massive Dhammayangyi temple.

Day 9 Bagan
Start the day at the colourful NyaungOo market, and then see
traditional village life at Minanthu before visiting the
temples of Nandamanya, Pthyathonzu, and Sulamani, Gubyaukkyi
(Myinkabar) famous for their murals and Manuha temple. After
lunch look around a lacquerware workshop then enjoy the
sunset from the top of a temple.
Day 10 Bagan - Mt Popa - Kalaw

Drive to Kalaw, about 6 hrs, en-route to Mt Popa, more than
half way in the area of dry-tropical and other half get into
cooler areas & drive up the Shan mountain from 212 to 1307
meters above sea. Temperature in Kalaw about 15 C at an
average.
Day 11 Kalaw - Pindaya - Inle Lake
Morning Kalaw market and then drive to Pindaya. Lunch brake
and a stroll at the town market, then onwards to Pindaya to
visit Pindaya Cave. Drive to Nyaungshwe. Stay overnight at
the Hotel.
Day 12 Inle Lake
A boat trip on Inle Lake sightseeing; the market, floating
plantation and Phandawoo Pagoda, with a famous Inle weaving
workshop and NgaphalChaung monastery after lunch. Back to
hotel.
Day 13 Inle lake-Heho-Yangon by flight
Drive to Heho Airport and fly back to Yangon. In the
afternoon visit the main market of Yangon Bogyoke.
Day 14
Today will be an excursion to Thanlyin (Sirium) if your
departure flight is in the evening.
