Itinerary in outline

Day 1 Arrival Yangon
Meet you at airport and transfer to hotel. Sightseeing if morning arrival. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 2 Yangon - Thazi by train
Excursion and city sightseeing. Depart for Thazi at 3:15 PM. Overnight at sleeper car.


Day 3 Thazi - Kalaw by coach
Early arrival at Thazi Station. Breakfast and refreshment at Thazi and drive to Kalaw by car.
About 3 and half hour drive on mountains. Check in hotel and rest. Evening strolling in town. Overnight at Kalaw.

Day 4 Kalaw - Pindaya - Inle Lake by coach
Excursion to Pindaya cave and drive to Nyaungshwe. Overnight in Nyaungshwe.

Day 5 Inle lake sightseeing by boat
Inle lake sightseeing by boat. Overnight at Nyaungshwe.

Day 6 Inle Lake to Mandalay by car
Depart in the morning to Mandalay. Arrive in the evening. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 7 Mandalay sightseeing by coach
Mandalay city sightseeing. Amarapura and Sagaing excursion. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 8 Mandalay - PyinOoLwin by car
Sightseeing in tow. Overnight in PyinOoLwin (Maymyo).

Day 9 PyinOoLwin - Thibaw by train
Leaving from Maymyo at 05:30 AM by Train # 113 up. Overnight at Thibaw.

Day 10 Thibaw - Lashio - PyinOoLwin by car
Drive from Thibaw to Lashio and sightseeing in town. Drive back to PyinOoLwin. Overnight at Maymyo (PyinOoLwin).

Day 11 Maymyo - Mandalay by car and Mandalay - Bagan by train
Leaving early morning to Mandalay by car to catch Bagan bound train at 09:50 AM #118 down. Arrive Bagan 8 PM. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 12 Bagan
Visiting old Bagan temples. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 13 Bagan - Yangon by flight
More of sightseeing in Bagan and afternoon flight to Yangon. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 14 Departure
Transfer to airport for departure.
