Day 1 - Yangon Arrival
On arrival, transfer to hotel. In the evening, strolling around down town. Overnight in Yangon.
Day 2 - Yangon sightseeing
In the morning can see the sights of Yangon (formerly Rangoon), which include Shwedagon pagoda, the royal lake and gardens and Chaukthatgyi pagoda with its colossal reclining Buddha.
Bogyoke (Scott) market. Overnight in Yangon.
Day 3 - Yangon to Bagan
Fly to Bagan and settle into Bagan hotel, before taking a trip around the city by river to see some of its famous temples and stupas, including Shwezigon stupa, Gubyaukkyi temple,
Lawkahtaikpan temple, Ananda temple and the massive Dhammayangyi temple.

Start the day at the colourful NyaungOo market, and then see traditional village life at Minanthu before visiting the temples of Nandamanya, Pthyathonzu, and Sulamani, Gubyaukkyi (Myinkabar) famous for their murals and Manuha temple. After lunch look around a lacquerware workshop then enjoy the sunset from the top of a temple.
Overnight in Bagan.Day 5
- Bagan to Mandalay
Fly to Mandalay with morning flight. On arrival at Mandalay,
transfer to hotel. Sightseeing for allowing time to see the town which include Sagaing with its beautiful pagodas, the famous Mahamuni Buddha image and Mandalay hill with its pagodas.
Overnight in Mandalay.Day 6
A boat trip from Mandalay
to Mingun along the majestic Ayeyarwaddy River. Back to Mandalay in the afternoon. Overnight in Mandalay.
Day 7 - Mandalay
Visit Amarapura, Myanmar's most famous monastery, which is
home to 1,700 monks. The rest of the day gives a chance to see
the production of crafts including woodcarving, bronze casting,
gold leaf making and tapestry. After dinner enjoy a traditional
puppet show. Overnight in Mandalay.
Day 8 - Monywa
An excursion to Monywa, sightseeing Thanbuddae Pagoda, The biggest reclining Buddha, Bowdi
Tatung (more than one thousand BaNyan trees or Bodi trees in monastery compound. Lunch in Monywa. Back to Mandalay in evening, on the way Sagaing sightseeing (the most panoramic view from Sagaing hill.), and Sunset.
Overnight in Mandalay.
Day 9 - Mandalay to Inle Lake
Fly to Heho and then drive to Pindaya. Lunch brake and a look at the market, then onwards to Pindaya to visit Pindaya Cave and town. Drive to Nyaungshwe.
Overnight in Inla Lake.
Day 10 - Inle Lake
A boat trip on Inle
Lake takes in the market, floating plantation and Phandawoo Pagoda, with a chance to see a famous Inle weaving workshop after lunch.
Then to famous Buddhist monastery at Ngaphalchaung village. Back to
Hotel. Overnight in Inle Lake.
Day 11 - Inle Lake to Yangon
Drive to Heho Airport and fly back to Yangon. In the afternoon visit the main market of Yangon
Bogyoke. Overnight in Yangon.
Day 12 - Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda
A 112-mile overland drive from Yangon to Kim-pun base camp at the foot of the mountain ridge. On the way, take in some sightseeing in Bago, the ancient capital of Mon, including the highest pagoda in Myanmar, a 54-metre long reclining Buddha dating from 994AD and a cigar-making enterprise. A mountain truck will take you to Yathae (Hermit) mountain and from there you can hike for an hour through to Golden Rock. Stay overnight at the hotel near Golden Rock.
Day 13 - Return to Yangon
In the morning, stroll around the hill sites before returning to
Yangon. Overnight in Yangon.
Day 14 - Departure
Today will be an excursion to Thanlyin (Sirium) if your departure flight is in the evening.
