Yangon -Mandalay - Inle Lake

All year round
Day 1
On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Those arriving in the morning can see
the sights of Yangon (formerly Rangoon), which include Shwedagon pagoda, the
royal lake and gardens and Chaukthatgyi pagoda with its colossal reclining
Buddha.
Day 2
Fly to Mandalay and transfer to Hotel, allowing time to see the sights of the
town, which include Sagaing with its beautiful pagodas, the famous Mahamuni
Buddha image and Mandalay hill with its pagodas.
Day 3Visit Amarapura, Myanmar's most famous monastery, which is home to 1,700 monks.
The rest of the day gives a chance to see the production of crafts including
woodcarving, bronze casting, gold leaf making and tapestry. A boat trip from
Mandalay along the Ayeyarwaddy River to Mingun, back to Mandalay in the evening.
After dinner, a traditional puppet shows. Overnight in Mandalay.
Day 4

Fly to Heho, and then drive to Pindaya. Lunch brake and a stroll at the town
market, then onwards to Pindaya to visit Pindaya Cave. Drive to Nyaungshwe. Stay
overnight at the hotel.
Day 5
A boat trip on Inle Lake sightseeing; the market, floating plantation and
Phandawoo Pagoda, with a famous Inle weaving workshop and NgaphalChaung
monastery after lunch. Back to hotel.
Day 6
Drive to Heho Airport and fly back to Yangon. In the afternoon visit the main
market of Yangon Bogyoke. Transfer to the airport for departure.
